Dress Up

We went to the store earlier in the day and Laney saw some dress up clothes that she REALLY wanted. I remembered I saved all Mable old dress up clothes so I told her we'd go home and get them out for her. She was so excited! I was happy too! I had been holding on to them for so long hoping that I would have another girl and finally she is old enough to play with them. I remember Mable dressing up EVERY day. When we bought our house in Springfield Mable was 5 and she wore a cheerleading outfit for the first 3 months we lived there. She was so cute (and still is od course). Dreydan got in on the action too. He was totally trying to shove Delaney out of the way so I would take pictures of him too. Crazy Kid!

UPDATE!

I finally did it! Well I'm not all the way caught up yet but close. It's almost 1:30 am!!!!!! AAHHH! I'm going to bed!! 

Myrtle Beach, SC

One of Dave's vendors from work invited us down to the beach with him and the family. Dave took a couple days off work (and Mable missed MORE school..im a terrible mother). We had SUCH a good time. We all needed a vacation! It was a 7 hour drive but the kids did great! We stayed in a NICE condo right on the beach! Mable had fun with the boys, Nate and Noah. They all got along so well. She has a HUGE crush on Nate. They got each others email addresses and have been keeping in touch. Delaney's favorite part was the swimming pools. They had two outdoor pools and one indoor. And she was thrilled when she discovered the hot tub!! She calls it "the hot-bath tub". I love her little voice! Dreydan's favorite part was the sand (and the food of course). 

We stopped at Wendy's on the way down there. I had brought pb&j sandwiches from home so we wouldn't have to eat grease food. We got frosty's though.

The golf courses down there are awesome! We got to go on a train ride. It was really bumpy so dave couldn't get any good pictures. 





This picture is hilarious! Dreydan had been saying he needed to go potty every 5 seconds so we were like ok yeah whatever. Apparently that time he really did need to go. Poor dude! He peed his pants but it didn't stop him from havin' a good time!

The night before we had talked about getting donuts for breakfast so Dave snuck out early to go get dunkin donuts. Well him and Shawn crossed paths and both went out and bought two dozen each. So needless to say we had a ton of donuts. Shawn got everyone these cool hat from the Krispy Kreme factory. 
Dreydan would NOT wear the hat.

The car was packed cuz dave picked up some gate operators while we were down there. Business expense. That means they pay for gas!

we were so bored on the way home i was making up hair-do's of the future. this one is a classic. it's a beard pony. we called it the bearny. maybe someday this will be in style. 

I want to go back! I LOVE the beach! I want to live there!
