Dreydan is stubborn, he's totally not smiling just because he knows that's what he's supposed to do. He likes to play the game where I say "don't smile dreydan!" He'll try so hard not to smile but then he'll bust up laughing. That's all I could do to get him to smile when I took him to get his picture taken a few months ago.

They love Ms. Gomez and Ms. Edwards. I LOVE Laney's tongue sticking out! That's so her.

St. Patrick's 8K

Today my friend Shanna and I ran in the St. Patrick's Day 8K in Washington, DC. Dave's parents watched the twins so Dave and Mable could come cheer us on! It was a lot of fun!! I finished in 49 minutes and 22 seconds.

Duck, Duck, Goof!!

I taught the twins how to play duck, duck, goose. It's the best game ever! Neither of them ever choose me to be the goose (or the "goof" as Dreydan calls it). They always choose each other so I just get to sit there and relax while they have a BLAST running circles around me. :)

ZOO!

Crazy that it was just snowing on Monday and now it's 75 degrees outside!!! We rode the metro to the zoo. We didn't know how to buy the passes at first so we ended up spending about $40 for 5 passes. It ended up being really fun though. The kids loved it! They always see "the train" when we drive on the highway and they were so excited to finally ride in it. It was good to see Jackson & Jade again too! Mable and Jade held hands the entire time! She would pick Jade up if she was too short to see something. She was such a sweetheart!

Snow!

It finally snowed! We were so excited! The entire city shut down so Dave got to take the morning off. We gathered up what snow clothes we had and walked across the street to the soccer field to go sled. The twins HATED it! It was so windy! The snow would blow right in their faces. At least Mable had fun!!
