dreydan has been so excited for taking tae kwon do lessons. he's been wanting to take "karate" all summer so now that school is about to start we signed him up. my friend erin takes her two boys to this studio so it's fun to have friends there. dreydan is having so much fun!! he is a good student and listens well. he is excited to earn his white belt.

Riding Bikes

i don't mean to brag but....i kicked these boys butts on the bike ramp!!!

dave says its because he took the picture at the right time and the ones i took were wrong but i dont believe that.

"Moons like Jagger"

This sing is always ont he radio so Dreydan started singing in the car. Now he goes around singing it all the time. Its hilarious! Instead of "moves like jagger" he says "moons like jagger" and he explains how he got the scrape on his nose. He was trying to "bounce" his bike which means pop a wheely.

Tennis and Pool

Since we have been working so hard trying to organize and unpack in the new house we decide to have a little fun. Dave has been working on a big job and hasn't been home much which is making me crazy since we just moved. I've always wanted to play tennis with them so we went to target and got some rackets. The kids LOVE it! After tennis we went to the pool for a bit.

twins makin s'mores

Dave got me a propane firepit for our anniversary so the twins wanted to check it out. We are so glad to have a patio that we can play on. We've been trying to take advantage of it while the weather is still nice. The kids LOVE smores. I'm sure there will be plenty more post in the future of us making s'mores. Mable was up in the kitchen making cookies so that we could use them instead of crackers.

Sandy Point Beach

We decided since the past few weekend we spent moving into our new place that we would take the kids out and do something fun. It ended up being not so great! when we got there the beach was closed because of storms. as you can tell from the pictures it was very windy!!! we left after only being there for about 20 minutes. then on the way home we stopped at a skate shop and played on the half pipe. that was the best part of driving up there. after the skate shop it RAINED so hard. but then when we got home it wasn't raining at all. we should have stayed home.
