carving pumpkins

mable had fun making a mound of pumpkin guts! dreydan was VERY grossed out by all the guts. Laney didn't mind it but kept having an itch on her arms so she had to wash her hand about 50 million times.

pre-k halloween parade

the twins had a halloween parade at their preschool. it was so fun! daddy got to come too. Dreydan was the cutest fireman and delaney was the cutest witch!

dreydan can write his name!

Dreydan learned how to write his name all by himself! Delaney has been doing it for a while and whenever they have "homework" he asks Delaney to write his name for him. The letter from his teacher explains it all. All the moms at the preschool came up to me to tell me all about the look on Dreydan's face when he told them he could write his name. He has the best smile. His whole face lights up! He was SO proud of himself! He came home and wrote his name over and over again. He was so excited to show daddy when he got home from work. We are VERY proud of him! :)

kings dominion

this was a while ago but i'm making an effort to get my blog up to date. this year we got season passes to kings dominion. we only ended up going i think THREE times since we were in utah for a while. i was nervous to take the kids there by myself but we had a GREAT time!! i didn't bring my camera the first time we went but this time i did. my best friend katie came with us! she's the BEST! there was hardly any people there both times we went without dave. we could just hop on any ride without waiting. i LOVED spending time with the kids and watching them have FUN!

lunch bunch

last wednesday was the twins first lunch bunch. not only was this very exciting for them, it was equally (if not more) exciting for me! they got to stay an extra TWO hours at preschool and eat lunch.they had so much fun and can't wait for the next one. i signed them up for every other wednesday. i was able to get a lot done while they were gone. it's so nice to have some mommy time. they are learning so much at preschool. delaney can right her name and loves writing it all the time. dreydan is a little slower just because i think he's a boy and not that interested in learning. He just loves hangin with his buddies.

dancin with charlie brown

it was so funny because the first time we went to kings dominion we watched this show and they got pulled up to dance with the characters but they were too shy. so when we went back they were planning on not being shy this time. they talked about it to each other all week how they were going to dance with charlie brown. well dreydan ended up still being too shy at the last minute but laney went for it. she was so PROUD of herself!

make-over night at katie and madelines

the other night we decide to have a girls night at katies house. delaney was a good girl while katie babysit her and dreydan so she told her she could come back over and do make-overs. she was such a cutie! she loved putting make-up on us and getting hers done. she also loves katies cat osso bucco. the older girls, mable and madeleine had fun playing club penguin like they ALWAYS do!  sorry but for the life of me i could not figure out how to get these in order so this will have to do...
